Couldn’t think of any name other than magic tea as it works wonders on your body. It is so easy to make, just need of right ingredients in your kitchen pantry. If not, it won’t be too hard to get these from Asian/Indian grocery. If you find few ingredients expensive, that means, you’re shopping from wrong places.
So, here are ingredients and preparation
Ingredients: Thyme (Dry or fresh), Chamomile (Dry flower leaves or Jasmine flower can be used as well ), Rosemary (Dry or fresh), Rosehip Hibiscus (Dry leaves), Mint leaves (Optional), Basil leaves (Optional), Cinnamon sticks, Honey/Jiggery (Optional if you like sweet). Search pictures if you are not familiar with ingredients.
Boil water till very hot. If leaves are fresh from market, or from your own garden, wash them properly, do not wash if you are using any of dried ingredient, and put them in pot. Now, Pour the hot water on top of it, cover it with lid and leave for at least 7-10 minutes. Add jaggary or Honey if you like make it sweeter taste, I like it raw.
Ingredients Quantity: Well, it is entirely up to taste. I recommend for 1 cup:
Dried: Less than half tea spoon of thyme, few pinches of rosemary, half spoon of chamomile, few leaves of Rosehip, few leaves of mint and basil.
Fresh: few sticks of thyme, rosemary, few leaves of basil, and mint.
Now, let’s see health benefits, list is too long, I won’t be able to write them all but I will cover the main health benefits and health issues that it can heal.

Rosehip & Hibiscus is regarded as highly Antioxidant, Arthritis Benefits, Cardiovascular Effects. Basil has Cardiovascular effects, Cancer Prevention, Skin and Hair Health, Bone and Connective Tissue, Digestive Tract Health, Anti-Bacterial, Immune System. And Mint has helps to alleviate Digestion, Nausea & Headache, Respiratory Disorders and Coughs, Asthma, Depression and Fatigue, Skin Care and Pimples, Memory Loss, Weight balance.
Just of one of cup of the tea in morning or evening, you just forget about any of health issues that you have normally have in your daily routine life. If any of ingredient doesn’t suit you well, you can remote it. But, I would highly recommend thyme, chamomile, Rosemary, and Rosehip Hibiscus if anyone is suffering for any disease like Auto immune disease.
Here is my cup of tea from these ingredients looks like. I have thyme, basil, mint, and rosemary in my backyard in pots. Other ingredients, I buy dried and keep in them small glass jars. With adding few leaves of Rosehip Hibiscus, tea color become reddish pink, looks very beautiful. Try it, & cheers.
